Dispute Resolution:
You agree to the following dispute resolution procedure: In the event of any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on SNPAZbags.com, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Agreement or any part of it ("Dispute"), the party asserting the Dispute shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute. SNAPZbags, LLC and you both agree that this dispute resolution procedure must be satisfied prior to any litigation or filing any claim against the other party.

Choice of Law:
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts of the State of Texas, Tarrant County, USA.

Termination:
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or SNAPZbags, LLC. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. SNAPZbags, LLC. may also terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to SNAPZbags.com, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Terms and Conditions.

Taxes:
Orders shipped within the state of Texas will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate. All other states will not be charged sales tax.

Payment:
SNAPZbags currently accepts Visa®, MasterCard® and American Express®.

Return Policy:
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Procedure: Items to be returned must be mailed back to SNAPZbags within 30 working days of initial order. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging and in the condition sold and with a copy of customer's receipt. Item(s) must be in original, unused condition. Upon receiving and processing the returned item(s), SNAPZbags will issue a refund or send replacement item(s). Please be certain to return your purchase in original exterior box, well packed and insured for the full amount. SNAPZbags is not responsible for damage to product or loss during return shipping.

Important: Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact SNAPZbags Customer Service immediately.  If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for additional charges associated with changing the address.

Shipping costs from SNAPZbags will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 7 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 7 days. Please contact Customer Service immediately and we will process a claim and/or replacement. UPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. SNAPZbags must be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. In stock orders received Monday - Friday are shipped within 48 hours. Orders needing express shipping quotes must be placed by 12PM Central Standard Time in order to process that same day. Express shipments placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be quoted the following Monday.

International orders take longer to process due to required bank authorization. All shipping charges are quoted before shipment of the merchandise. SNAPZbags requests approval from the customers before charges are made to the credit card. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your customs office for possible charges. We ship international orders only by air due to tracking requirements and less possibility of damage. For international shipping, please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to assist you in the process.
